The Sirius radio manufacturers that supply receivers, antennas and other accessories for satellite radio are: Alpine, Clarion, Delphi Delco, Jensen, Kenwood, Panasonic, Pioneer, Sony, and Visteon. These companies only work with Sirius radio, so you would not be able to get any accessories for XM radio with either of these brand names. Sirius radio, like XM radio, has also teamed up with car manufacturers to have satellite radio preinstalled in some models before they go on the market.
